Frequently Answered Questions

Q:  When are players assigned to a team?
A:  Players registered for Majors, Minors, or Farm must participate in tryouts on the date specified during registration, and as listed under the Important Dates tab.  The Player Agents will then conduct a draft to assign players to teams.    Players registered for Rookie or TBall will be assigned to a team by the Player Agents, no later than the draft day.  Once this is complete, you will be contacted by the Manager or Coach of the team your player was assigned to within 24 hours of the close of the player assignments.

Q:  When will I hear what team my child was assigned to?
A:  All players should be contacted, by phone call and/or email, within 24 hours of the close of the draft day by their teams' Manager or Coach, and as listed under the Important Dates tab.

Q:  I have not been contacted by our team Manager or Coach, what do I do?
A:  Not all teams begin practice at the same time, so you may not have missed any activity.  If you have not been contacted by the Player Notification date listed under the Important Dates tab, please contact the Player Agent at [email protected]

Q:  What will my child need to participate?
A:  Your child should be equipped with cleats, glove, bat, baseball pants (color usually designated by the Manager) and a protective cup (males).  The league will provide the team jersey and team hat, which is yours to keep.

Q:  How often are practices and games?
A:  You will be provided a practice and game schedule by your team Manager.  Schedules are also posted on this website.
