2026 - Spring Softball

We are excited to announce the fourth year of softball at Reno National Little League. We will offer three divisions.

Online registration for all divisions will be open through January 31, 2026. If you register in October or November you will receive a 10% discount on registration fees. Late fee of $35 per player will apply after February 1, 2026 so register early!

Register more than one player and take advantage of our $15 sibling discount!

Reno National Little League is committed to ensuring that all children, regardless of ability to pay, are able to participate in Little League. If you are in need of financial assistance to help with registration fees, please email [email protected]

DIVISIONS:

Farm Age 7 and 8 (DOB: 2018 and 2017): Pitching Machine Play

Minors Age 9 -10 (DOB: 2016 and, 2015): Player and Coach Pitch

Majors Age 11-12 (DOB: 2014 and 2013): Player Pitch

Final division placement will be determined pending skills assessment.

2026 Softball Age Chart

Please use this age chart to check which division your daughter should play in.

If you have a six year old daughter (born in 2019), and she has already played T-Ball or Rookie with RNLL, we will make an exception and she can register for our Farm Division. Please email us at [email protected] to register.

We are asking parents with 4, 5, and 6 year old daughters that have no experience with baseball or softball to register in our T-Ball or Rookie baseball division.

Important Season Dates:

Mandatory Skills Assessment: February 2026, date TBD
Practices Begin: March 2026
Season: March - June 2026 (exact dates TBD)

Practices and games will be held at Swope and possibly Idlewild.

Volunteers: We will need volunteers to manage and coach teams. Please consider coaching your daughter and their team as we cannot offer this program without the help of volunteers. We thank you in advance!

Fee: $180

Equipment: We will provide uniform jerseys and visors. Players must have their own helmet (with a face cage), softball bat approved by Little League Softball Bat Rules - Little League non-metal cleats, pants, belts, and socks. Fastpitch Softball Glove size should be between 10.5" - 12.5" for girls ages, 7-12. The color of the pants, belts and socks will be determined by the coach and you will find out this information after team selection.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Except for exceptional circumstances, Reno National Little League has a NO REFUNDS policy. By registering your child(ren), you acknowledge that you understand this policy.

Residency Verification: Because softball is not offered at all Little Leagues in our area, Reno National is able to open registration for girls zoned for Reno National and Reno Continental.
